Driver was very helpful and sprinter was very clean good company to use !

We got a coach bus and the driver came early and took us back to our drop off location on time. The driver was really communicative as well. But one thing is that every time I try to call, nobody picks up and they follow up to my voicemails. I told them my initial drop off location multiple times and they said they had it on file, but the driver did not know where to drop us off and didn’t know what time we had the bus until. But overall we got to our destinations safely and on time.

I would like to give it five stars because of our bus driver Ramon who was awesome on time ready to go even the set up and ease of registering and getting the bus was great unfortunately they showed up with the wrong bus we were supposed to have a party bus so we were all a little disappointed in that but had a great time and made the best of it regardless Tom Rogers ,grass Valley brewing Company

We were part of a wedding’s guests of honor, the party bus arrived late, the speakers in the bus were messed up and the sound was absolutely terrible, the AC was out that we were sweating like crazy.
Honestly terrible experience from that limousine company to top it off they took us to different venue.
